If you are not the public speaking type, no worries, you can accomplish this task by sponsoring charity auctions or sporting events that do not require you to speak from any stage.
If you do not like one on one training or coaching then you can create a high price, high value service in a smaller group environment.
Simply go through a process to explore your strengths and create a 3 pronged strategy from there.

Crossfit says "routine is the enemy", "forging elite athletes" eat paleo and lift heavy to be the most fit in the world.

Can you write your elevator pitch in 20 words or less?
Can you explain what you do to a prospect in 20 seconds or less?
Will they remember what you said tomorrow?
Can they repeat it to their friends?
